An emergent curriculum is a modern teaching style, which focuses on creating lessons that are created using the interests of the class group. Educators are expected to make observations of their class group based on play, conversation, attire, or anything they feel will generate subjects that interest the children. Lessons are then crafted based on these observed interests, with the belief that the students will participate more freely due to the connection with the subject matter.
